Shipping Information:
Most orders placed before 3pm EST will be processed the same day. Some items are drop shipped straight from the manufacturer which means that items will occasionally go on back-order. If an order can not be fulfilled within 21 days of the original purchase date the buyer has the option to cancel the order for a refund. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All orders over $250 value are required to be shipped to the billing address and require a signature upon delivery. A sales tax of 6% applies to PA (Pennsylvania) orders.
Returns Policy:
Returns or exchanges from 15-30 days of purchase incur a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days and no returns/exchanges on special order items. All returns must receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) first. Do NOT attempt to return an item prior to getting consent by us. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors on the website.
